"The Divine fatherhood is the source of human fatherhood..." - Catechism of the Catholic Church 2214 "God is the Father Almighty, whose fatherhood and power shed light on one another: God reveals his fatherly omnipotence by the way he takes care of our needs; by the filial adoption that he gives us ("I will be a father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty")... - 2 Cor. 6:18 cf. Mt. 6:32 We all belong to God's family. We only have one Father in Heaven. We are all brothers and sisters with all the Saints past, present, and future." - Catechism of the Catholic Church 270 All our parents and grandparents are still a child to God. Nobody can outgrow God's Fatherhood. We are all children of God.
